These terms are an agreement between you and TrackCoachAI (trackcoachai.com). By using the service you accept them. Questions: hello@trackcoachai.com.

The service

TrackCoachAI is an AI track & field coaching service: training plans for your event, coaching conversations in chat, and a log of your sessions. Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation — use your own judgment, and do not treat them as professional medical advice.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate account information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others' rights with the service.
  • Probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security of the service.
  • Resell the service or scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract its content without permission.

Your content

You own the content you put into the service — conversations, plans, notes, logs, and files. You give us the license needed to store, process, and display it in order to run the service, including processing your messages through third-party AI model providers to generate responses. If you share a chat or plan, anyone with the link you share can view what you shared.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Where required by law, we provide refunds; otherwise fees are non-refundable.

Health disclaimer

Training carries inherent risk of injury. The service provides sport training guidance, not medical care. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program, and stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackCoachAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will update this page and note the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
