The short version: your conversations and training data exist so your AI coach can plan your training and keep your log. We do not sell your data. We collect only what the service needs, and you can ask us to delete everything at hello@trackcoachai.com.
Who we are
TrackCoachAI (trackcoachai.com) is an AI track & field coaching service: a periodized plan for your event, session-by-session coaching in chat, and a log of your training. For anything in this policy, contact hello@trackcoachai.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and authentication data, handled by our sign-in provider (Clerk).
- Training and chat content. Your conversations with the coach, workout plans, pinned items, notes, logged sessions, and files you attach.
- Payment information. If you subscribe, billing is processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data. Product analytics (pages viewed, features used) and standard log data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate coaching responses and training plans, keep your log, and sync your workspace across sessions.
- Your messages are processed by third-party AI model providers to generate coaching responses. We do not use your conversations to train models.
- To handle billing, support requests, and service emails.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the product — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, AI model providers, file storage, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.
Where your data lives
Our infrastructure providers store data in the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email hello@trackcoachai.com to request an export or full deletion of your account and data; we honor deletion requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will honor these requests.
Not medical advice
TrackCoachAI provides training guidance for sport. It is not a medical service and its suggestions are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new date above.
